Wise May are looking for a Personal Assistant to join a Luxury Events Company client based in the North London. Working within a dynamic environment, you will join a collaborative team to provide administrative support to senior stakeholders and facilitate the efficient running of the business operations. This is a full time, 12-month fixed term contract covering a maternity leave. 

 

Personal Assistant Key Responsibilities: 

  • Managing calendars and providing support to The CEO. 
  • Organising meetings, both in-person and virtual.
  • Managing incoming calls, messages and general enquiries.
  • Editing and formatting documents.
  • Processing expense claims and credit card reconciliations.
  • Providing ad hoc personal support such as dinner reservations, purchasing etc.
  • Plan, organise and deliver company and team events.

 

Personal Assistant Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • Demonstrable experience working as a Personal Assistant supporting a CEO.
  • A team-oriented approach and a willingness to support others when needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
