Being honest with our clients – our clients come back to us time and time again because they value our honesty throughout the recruitment process.  We constantly consult our clients on what is best for them and their hiring needs.  We believe in developing long standing relationships built on honesty rather than “making a quick buck.”
Being honest with our candidates – Our candidates are given as much information as possible about the role, they will receive a full job description and a call with one of our consultants to explain the company / team culture, values and a full honest brief on what the client is looking for.  Our candidates go into the process with a “warts and all” understanding of the role and company requirements, enabling them to make an informed decision as to whether they believe it is the right role for them.   We give honest feedback to candidates on their interviews, we believe that they are entitled to constructive feedback that will help them for the future.
We provide our temporary workers with regular updates and honest client feedback, we believe it is fair to give someone the opportunity to take feedback on board to develop and improve.
We have strong moral principles in everything that we do and we make business decisions based on our morals.  When hiring at Wise May it is extremely important to us that our team share the same moral principles.  The same goes for our candidates, to ensure that our candidates represent themselves and Wise May in the best way we take competency examples around integrity very seriously. 
We are passionate about Diversity, Equality and Inclusion.  It is a topic that we are continuously analysing, asking questions about and putting new improved processes in place.  We track and monitor the Diversity of our candidates closely, analysing our stats on a weekly basis (see the Diversity section on the website for our current stats and initiatives).  We truly believe that recruitment has a huge impact and responsibility on how Diverse a company is, we are constantly looking at how we can improve and educate our clients around Diversity.  We regularly attend seminars, webinars and client meetings to address the issue of Diversity.
Internal working relationships and business relationships (with our clients, candidates and external suppliers) are integral to the success of our business.  We enjoy cultivating and nurturing new relationships as well and maintaining our long-standing existing relationships.  We take pride in the fact that many of the clients and candidates we work with are based on long standing relationships.  We understand that in Recruitment competition is fierce, so we are always honoured and proud when people choose to work with us again.  The above and beyond service that we provide to everyone in our network often means that our clients become our candidates and our candidates become our clients.
