Wise May are looking for a Team Coordinator to join our client, an extremely busy and vibrant corporate business based in central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a lovely team in a company who reward hard work.
Hybrid working offered (2 - 3 days working within the office - although flexibility needed)
Team Coordinator duties to include:
- Diary management for the Valuation Team including 2 Directors.
- Diligence Assignment Scheduling & Workflow Management.
- Ad hoc administration across all that need administrative support.
- Working closely with the Marketing Team on company events.
- Client & Internal Communication.
- Provide general office and operational support, including assignment support and administrative coordination.
- Support management with operational tasks, bookings, correspondence, and documentation as required.
Team Coordinator skills and experience required:

Demonstrable experience supporting Senior Leadership Teams with diary management and administrative tasks, ideally within a professional organisation.

Flexible approach, with a 'can-do' attitude.

Project Administration.

Excellent Excel / Spreadsheet experience.

Great written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Able to work independently or as part of a team.
