Wise May are looking for a Team Coordinator to join our client, an extremely busy and vibrant corporate business based in central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a lovely team in a company who reward hard work.
Hybrid working offered (2 - 3 days working within the office - although flexibility needed)
 
Team Coordinator duties to include:
  • Diary management for the Valuation Team including 2 Directors.
  • Diligence Assignment Scheduling & Workflow Management.
  • Ad hoc administration across all that need administrative support.
  • Working closely with the Marketing Team on company events.
  • Client & Internal Communication.
  • Provide general office and operational support, including assignment support and administrative coordination.
  • Support management with operational tasks, bookings, correspondence, and documentation as required.
 
Team Coordinator skills and experience required:
  • Demonstrable experience supporting Senior Leadership Teams with diary management and administrative tasks, ideally within a professional organisation. 
  • Flexible approach, with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Project Administration.
  • Excellent Excel / Spreadsheet experience.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team.
