Wise May are looking for a Receptionist to join a bubbly Insurance Brokers based in the City of London. This role is part time, working the days of Monday - Thursday. 
 
You'll be working in a busy reception area and therefore we need someone who can hit the ground running with an understanding of all reception duties. This is a bustling desk where you'll be working with other members of the team who are  very supportive and welcoming.
 
Receptionist duties include:
  • Answer external /internal calls with personal greeting and direct to staff
  • Meet and greet clients/internal staff
  • Co-ordinate room bookings for all Client Suite meeting rooms
  • Execute the responsibilities of a company employee acting in a lawful and ethical manner in accordance with your contract of employment and company staff handbook
  • Liaising with the IT Team for meeting room requirements
  • Log and monitor internal maintenance call for the client suite/pantry
  • Ad hoc Administration duties for the team
  • Carry out all training provided to deadlines prescribed - including all aspects of Broker Assess
Receptionist skills required:
 
 
  • Reception or Front of house experience is essential
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams ,Word & Excel
  • Excellent time management, priority setting and problem-solving skills
  • Organised and methodical approach to task
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships externally and internally
  • Able to use own initiative
