Wise May are looking for a PA to join our client, a friendly and vibrant investment company based in the heart of the City. As a Team PA you will be supporting a Senior Partner and their wider team of 5,  providing a wide range of administrative support.

This is a full time, 12 month fixed term contract, with hybrid working (4 days in the office / 1 day remote) and the hours are 09:00am-17:30pm. The salary is up to £65,000 and they need someone who is immediately available to start. 

PA duties and responsibilities to include:

  • Managing & co-ordinating detailed diaries, schedules and travel for Partners and team members.
  • Event Coordination including organising conferences and AGMs.
  • Document management.
  • Process invoices and expenses.
  • Handling confidential correspondence via email & telephone.
  • Organising UK/European and worldwide travel arrangements, i.e. booking flights/Eurostar, hotels, and transportation
  • Joining weekly team meetings and following up on further actions

PA key skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience in an PA, administrative or client service role, ideally within the Financial Services sector.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and external investors, both verbally and in writing.
  • High level of accuracy in handling data, preparing documents, and managing communications.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks, prioritising effectively, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); familiarity with CRM systems and investor relations platforms is highly desirable.
  • Trusted to handle sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Works well within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive working environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
