Wise May are looking for a Governance Administrator to join an Energy Consultancy based in the City.  The role is to work within an extremely friendly and efficient team who give full support to members throughout the business including Stakeholders and their client's.

This is a full time, rolling contract with hybrid working. 

Governance Administrator duties include:

  • Sitting in on technical meetings
  • Taking minutes for meetings
  • Taking phone calls
  • Answering queries and dealing with enquiries
  • Providing admin support to panel
  • Producing meeting documentation including: slides and agendas
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings and booking facilities 
  • Supporting with marketing, communications and social media 

Governance Administrator skills and attributes required:

  • Previous administration experience to include minute taking
  • Needs to be resilient
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to support team members
  • Ability to deliver amazing customer service in person and remotely
