Wise May are recruiting for a Facilities Assistant to join a fast paced Facilities team with an Financial company in the City.

This is a permanent, full time office-based role. The hours for this role are 09:15 - 17:15.

Facilities Assistant duties and responsibilities:

  • Prepare meeting rooms and event spaces
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Monitor printer supplies throughout the building
  • Oversee stationery inventory, place regular orders, and distribute supplies
  • Actively support the team in maintaining a clean, well-presented, and welcoming office environment

Facilities Assistant key skills and experience required:

  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Skilled in Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience in a professional services or corporate office environment
