Wise May are looking for a Compliance Executive to join a busy Professional Services Company based in the City of London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join their specialist Compliance team of four, working closely with stakeholders company wide.
This is a permanent role with hybrid working after probation (3 days in the office and 2 days remote) and the hours are 09:15 - 17:15.
Compliance Executive duties and responsibilities:
- Provide clear guidance and operational support on regulatory and legislative requirements, ensuring alignment with internal policies and industry standards.
- Support the client onboarding process, including conducting checks and due diligence using internal AML systems, Companies House, and other electronic verification tools.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records by ensuring all information is correctly captured and managed within internal databases.
- Collaborate closely with the IT team to identify, recommend, and implement improvements to systems and processes, driving efficiency and best practice.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with GDPR, data protection requirements, and internal compliance frameworks across all client and system activities.
Compliance Executive key skills and experience required:
- Compliance experience within a Professional Services organisation.
- Strong analytical skills, with fantastic attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with colleagues and clients.
- Highly organised.

- Excellent MS Office skills.
