Wise May is looking for an Administrator to join our client, an extremely busy and friendly Business Management company based in Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a collaborative environment and join a lovely team. 
 
This is a full time, permanent role which is office based and the working hours are 8am-4.30pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
 
Administrator duties and responsibilities:
  • Ability to provide support with other administrative work required by the administration team.
  • To maintain accurate and appropriate records and logs, using the company’s software and Outlook packages.
  • Know and understand the Company values and ethos to ensure that this is disseminated throughout the business.
  • Data entry – contract renewals and purchase orders.
  • To use the company’s software system to request and place orders, set up new suppliers and confirm goods received.
  • Stock take - Ordering equipment and office supplies.
  • Answering phone/reception duties.
  • Manage Incoming/outgoing post and deliveries.
  • Ability to update Engineer’s calendars.
  • To assist with formatting and dispatching of documents.
Administrator key skills and experience:
  • Good written & verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise work.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages.
