Wise May are looking for a highly organised Administrative Assistant to join a well-established and highly regarded charity that works with individual donors and corporate partners to unlock the value held in shareholdings for charitable causes. This is a Part-time role working 3 days a week (1 day in the office and 2 days from home), with the working hours of 9am - 5:30pm.
Administrative Assistant key responsibilities:

Processing and maintaining accurate records of donations and transactions.

Managing internal databases (Microsoft Dynamics CRM – training provided).

Preparing the Charity’s Gift Aid claim.

Responding to enquiries and supporting donor and stakeholder communications.

General administration including post, filing, and document organisation.

Assisting with reconciliations and reporting tasks.

Liasing with beneficiary charities regarding grant payments and receipts.

Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operational tasks.
Administrative Assistant key skills and experience required:

Proven experience working in an Administrative position.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

A proactive and reliable approach with strong problem-solving skills.

A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

Agile and adaptable with strong attention to detail.

Previous experience in charity or financial services is beneficial but not essential.
