Wise May are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a global investment firm based in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly established organisation and support a busy, high performing Recruitment team.
This is a fast-paced and hands on role, focused on coordinating a high volume of interviews, managing candidate logistics and supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for candidates and stakeholders.
This is a full time, permanent, fully office based role, working office hours.
Recruitment Coordinator duties and responsibilities:
- Coordinating a high volume of interviews across multiple global offices
- Managing interview scheduling and logistics through the ATS system
- Liaising with candidates, agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with external recruitment agencies
- Supporting the wider recruitment team with administrative tasks and process coordination
- Assisting with continuous improvement of recruitment processes, including automation initiatives
- Ensuring a high level of candidate care and professionalism at all stages of the hiring process
Recruitment Coordinator key skills and experience required:
- Previous experience within a recruitment coordination, HR or administrative role, within professional services
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders
- A proactive, hardworking and positive approach
- High attention to detail and ability to work at pace
