Reception / Admin - City - £35,000 - £40,000
08:00-17:00 5 days a week in the office
Wise May are looking for a standalone Receptionist with additional Administrative duties for our client, an Investment in the City (nearest tube station, Bank)
Duties to include:

Front of house Reception, meet and greet visitors, making them feel welcome and offering refreshments

Management of 3 Meeting rooms for internal and external meetings

Administrative duties supporting the wider team with expenses, diary management, travel bookings, booking taxi's and couriers.

Assisting the marketing team with organising events

Office Management and general upkeep of the office and ordering office and kitchen supplies
Skills:

Excellent customer service and presentation skills

Ability to think on your feet and work well under pressure during busy times
