Reception / Admin - City - £35,000 - £40,000
 08:00-17:00 5 days a week in the office
Wise May are looking for a standalone Receptionist with additional Administrative duties for our client, an Investment in the City (nearest tube station, Bank)
Duties to include:
  • Front of house Reception, meet and greet visitors, making them feel welcome and offering refreshments
  • Management of 3 Meeting rooms for internal and external meetings
  • Administrative duties supporting the wider team with expenses, diary management, travel bookings, booking taxi's and couriers.
  • Assisting the marketing team with organising events
  • Office Management and general upkeep of the office and ordering office and kitchen supplies
Skills:
  • Excellent customer service and presentation skills
  • Organisation 
  • Team player
  • Ability to think on your feet and work well under pressure during busy times
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
