Wise May are looking for an HR Administrator to join our client based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an incredibly friendly, collaborative and efficient HR team who provide essential support across the entire business.

This is a full‑time, temporary contract with hybrid working.

HR Administrator duties include:

  • Supporting the HR function with a wide range of administrative tasks.
  • Acting as first point of contact for queries through the HR service portal.
  • Drafting correspondence and updating HR documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate employee information and ensuring compliance with GDPR.
  • Providing wider support to the HR team on projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

HR Administrator skills and attributes required:

  • Previous HR or administrative experience, within a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Proactive, resilient and able to work with initiative.
  • Comfortable handling confidential information.
  • Good relationship‑building skills across all levels.
  • Strong customer service approach.
  • IT literate with good understanding of MS Office and HR systems.
  • Able to prioritise effectively and work to tight deadlines.
