Wise May are looking for an HR Administrator to join our client based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an incredibly friendly, collaborative and efficient HR team who provide essential support across the entire business.
This is a full‑time, temporary contract with hybrid working.
HR Administrator duties include:
- Supporting the HR function with a wide range of administrative tasks.
- Acting as first point of contact for queries through the HR service portal.
- Drafting correspondence and updating HR documentation.
- Maintaining accurate employee information and ensuring compliance with GDPR.
- Providing wider support to the HR team on projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
HR Administrator skills and attributes required:
- Previous HR or administrative experience, within a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Proactive, resilient and able to work with initiative.
- Comfortable handling confidential information.
- Good relationship‑building skills across all levels.
- Strong customer service approach.
- IT literate with good understanding of MS Office and HR systems.
- Able to prioritise effectively and work to tight deadlines.
