My career in Recruitment began in May 2025, and from the very start I’ve loved helping candidates secure their dream roles. I’m passionate about truly understanding people, matching their skills and personalities to the wide range of industries Wise May works with. There’s nothing more rewarding than knowing I’ve played a part in helping someone take the next step in their career.

Working at Wise May allows me to build meaningful relationships with candidates and ensure we’re providing both candidates and clients with the best possible experience. I thrive on the fast-paced, people-focused nature of recruitment and the satisfaction that comes with seeing a perfect match come together.

Outside of work, I spend most weekends at my holiday home on the South Coast, where I’m often found with a good book in hand or out on the beach walking my two Springadors.
