Our client is a busy Managing Director of a Management Consultancy company, looking for PA Support on a daily basis (5 days per week, 5 hours per day). This job offers excellent flexible working opportunity, as you will be able to work from home 4 days a week, and be in their Surrey Head Office 1 day per week. Experience in Sales and Tenders is essential for this role.
Respnsibilities:
- Supporting the MD with diary management, administration, and HR admin support.
- Dealing with client enquiries
- Answering emails on the MD email account and taking messages
- Organising meetings and schedules for the MD
- Formatting documents and assisting with Tender documents
- Creating templates
- Managing tender documentation and submit to MD for review and approval
- General Admin duties
- Dealing with head office post and filing
- Booking of travel and taxis when required
- Supporting Head of HR & Operations with projects as required
Skills:
- Advanced Excel, Word and diary management experience
- Can do attitude
- Strong communication skills both written and spoken.
