  • Advising our clients.  We offer regular meetings with our clients to discuss their diversity & inclusion and how we can support with it, giving our advice on how they can improve their diversity & inclusion as well as offering industry insights around diversity & inclusion.

 

  • Candidate attraction.  We cast the widest net to attract candidates; Linkedin, job boards, social media (including Fabcebook, Instagram and TikTok), referrals from candidates and clients, careers fairs and 6th Forms, charity partners.

 

  • Working with charities.  We partner with 2 charities - The Digilearning Foundation who help young people of all backgrounds to achieve their full potential through education, training and providing career pathways & Mind (part of Oxleas, NHS Foundation Trust) helping people from a broad range of diverse backgrounds find work or return to work

 

  • Early Careers.  We attend regular Early Careers days and help young people of all backgrounds. We provide free advice and support on CV writing, interview preparation, applications and introductions to our clients

 

  • Penge FC.  Wise May are the proud sponsors of Penge FC, a south London football club for young people to enjoy being part of an inclusive football club regardless of their background and circumstances
