Wise May are looking for a Office Manager / PA to join our client, an extremely busy and sociable company based in London Bridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a lovely team in a company who reward hard work.

This is a temporary full time role, with hybrid working and the hours are 9am-5:30pm. 

Office Manager / PA duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the office facilities 
  • Ad hoc administration across all teams
  • PA duties to senior Stakeholders
  • Health & Safety – look after DSEs, fire wardens, first aiders
  • Responsible for stocking the kitchen/pantry/bars
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office – making sure the office is presentable, tidy and inviting
  • Ordering catering as required
  • Organising socials and events, from monthly get togethers to big Christmas parties
  • Coordinating the cleaners as required

Office Manager / PA key skills and experience required:

  • Demonstrable experience of Office Manager and PA duties
  • Flexible candidate with a 'can-do' attitude 
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written 
  • Microsoft packages 
  • Understanding of Health and Safety / Facilities
