We are looking for an Office Manager who is flexible and able to wear many different hats, as the only support person in the company this role will suit someone that loves variety and being to "go to" person in the office.
Administration:
Providing secretarial support to the Directors, monitoring and managing diaries, travel arrangements and meeting room bookings
General administration such as filing, scanning, binding, photocopying and answering the phone
Planning and organising staff social events i.e. Monthly social events, Christmas party and other marketing events
Office maintenance:
Stationery, office and kitchen supplies
Managing the maintenance of facilities contracts
Project support:
Provide Document Controller services in support of all projects
Uploading drawings
Submitting project planning applications either directly via Planning portal or Councils website
Supporting Directors to produce Design and Access statements and project documents in InDesign
Marketing/ Social Media:
Working with social media team to update LinkedIn and Instagram
Maintaining and updating company’s website
ISO certification:
Carrying out regular internal audits for ISO 9001 certification
New work / Bids:
Working with directors/associates to Manage, coordinate and produce new work bid submissions
HR support:
Reviewing job applications and setting up interviews
Overseeing the onboarding, introduction and training of new staff
Managing and coordinating staff appraisal and interim reviews
H&S support:
Perform a variety of risk assessments
Responsible for H&S including compliance with current H&S regulations, carrying out annual H&S renewals, ensuring all relevant policies and documents are up to date
