Human Resources Administrator – City - £30k FTE
Hybrid working, 09:00-17:30
Wise May are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join our client, an extremely friendly creative studio based in the City for a 3 month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great team in a growing company.
Duties to include:
• Drafting and issuing contracts for all new starters
• Drafting and issuing contract extensions as required
• Ensuring all employees and freelancers have the correct right to work documentation
• Maintaining employee records in HRIS
• Assisting with data migration and input into new HRIS
• Other admin tasks as required
Skills:
• Able to handle a high-volume workload
• Focused, with high attention to detail
• Proactive and happy to get stuck in
• Able to work with little supervision
• Discreet with sensitive information
• Experience using HiBob would be beneficial, but not a requirement
• Knowledge of IR35 would be beneficial, but not a requirement
