Wise May are looking for a Facilities Manager to join this extremely busy and friendly Media business in central London.
 
With a major office relocation due the successful candidate will have to be responsible for the day to day FM duties as well as this huge project.
 
Duties include:
- Lead on all facilities matters
- Working closely with the COO and project team as applicable
- Ensure that the business maintains the facilities infrastructure and work environment required to deliver its obligations to staff
- Build and maintain good relationships both internally and externally
- Take accountability for and ensure value for money in the procurement of goods and services in support of the facilities service
- Review, procure and manage all third-party contracts relating to facilities (cleaning, security, CCTV, routine and reactive maintenance, insurance, etc)
 
Skills required:
- Extensive experience working in facilities management
- Ability to manage and respond to customer issues
- Take appropriate responsibility for records held
- Well organised, analytical and confident managing variable and rapidly changing workloads
- Experience of leading major relocation projects
