Wise May are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join a busy Building Services Consultancy business in The City. This role is a great opportunity to utilise your administrative experience to assist and manage contractor delivery for multiple clients, working within a supportive and friendly team.
This is a full time, permanent role, with hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 days remote). Hours are 09:00-17:30.
Compliance Administrator duties and responsibilities:
- Assist with management of contractor delivery for multiple clients.
- Review and managed compliance documentation within the facilities management arena.
- Manage contractors KPIs when delivering services to client.
- Ensure client receives compliance documentation within tight timelines.
- Chase contractors for outstanding paperwork/attendance.
- Program contractors’ workloads in line with compliance deadlines.
- Assist with document production including copy typing, formatting word and PowerPoint.
- Maintain team agenda and management of action points.
- Provide general support to the Compliance Director, and Office Manager.
- General day-to-day support to the team.
- Call logging via FM platform to contractors.
- Answering calls to the office.
Compliance Administrator skills required:
- Proven experience working within an administrative role focusing on compliance.
- Demonstrable understanding of British Standard's compliance.
- Experience of working with various levels of personnel to deliver agreed outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Enthusiastic team player with positive and pro-active approach.
- Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Good organisational skills and ability to adhere to deadlines.
- Ability to prioritise and remain calm under pressure.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office packages.
- Flexible and approachable attitude.
