Wise May are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for an International Insurance business in South London.
 
This role is joining a team of 10 First Line Support Advisors and based predominantly remote with 1 day per week in the South London office.
 
Duties include:
  • Answering all incoming calls
  • Log each call accurately and efficiently
  • Send details of call to relevant team
 
 
Skills required:
  • Telephone experience essential
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Use of computer systems and ability to accurately record caller information
