Wise May are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for an International Insurance business in South London.
This role is joining a team of 10 First Line Support Advisors and based predominantly remote with 1 day per week in the South London office.
Duties include:
- Answering all incoming calls
- Log each call accurately and efficiently
- Send details of call to relevant team
Skills required:
- Telephone experience essential
- Excellent customer service skills
- Use of computer systems and ability to accurately record caller information
