Wise May are looking for an Business Support Executive to join our client, an extremely busy Consultancy based in the London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a lovely team, in a company who reward hard work to support various business functions and assist a wider fee earning team across the company

This is a full time, 6 month fixed term contract. The role is office based and the hours are 9am-5pm with 1 hour for lunch.

Business Support Executive duties and responsibilities include:

  • Provide professional administrative support to the team.
  • Liaise with fee earners and senior stakeholders. 
  • Prepare and produce documentation.
  • Implement and maintain processes that include financial processes, IT systems training, management systems and health and safety.
  • Take a lead on financial stewardship to include invoicing and WIP/Debt management processes.
  • Play a key role in financial procedures, particularly during critical monthly reporting periods.

Business Support Executive skills and experience required:

  • Experience of working in an administrative role. 
  • Prior experience and working knowledge of financial processes.
  • Adept at working with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail and an ability to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent organisational skills, and strong initiative. 
  • Strong communication skills. 
  • A professional and pro-active attitude. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is essential.
