Wise May are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join a fast paced and extremely busy Accountancy business based in The City.
The role requires you to be proactive, work well under pressure and be a team player.
Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities
- To assist and support the team by providing administrative support.
- To ensure all work undertaken is produced within agreed timescales.
- Manage meeting arrangements by sending and updating calendar invites, and booking meeting rooms as required.
- To process and scan team documents as required, in line with company procedures.
- Process documents in accordance with procedures whilst ensuring that any regulations concerning security or confidentiality are complied with.
- Draft/amend/finalise letters and accounts.
Administrative Assistant key skills and experience required:
- 5 GCSE’s grade A-C including English and Maths, or equivalent
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work to deadlines and under pressure
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience of working in an office
- Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
