Wise May are looking for a Receptionist / Administrator to join our client, an extremely busy and vibrant Professional Service business based in central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a lovely team in a company who reward hard work.
Receptionist duties to include:
- Meet & greet and offer refreshments
- Updating internal systems
- Order office stationery
- Printing & binding
- Coordinate 5 busy meeting rooms
- Responsible for the office Outlook calendars
- Support Office Manager
- Report office issues
Receptionist skills and experience required:
- Be highly organised, efficient, and self-motivated with the ability to work across a range of tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to meet tight deadlines
- Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to get on with a wide variety of people at all levels in a range of style
Monday to Friday
07:30 – 16:30 (finish at 16:00 on a Friday)
