We are looking for a dynamic and professional multi-tasker who can work to tight deadlines. The role will be managing your own workload and managing the different demands and personalities of your stakeholder group.
This role sits within the Equity department, supporting 2 Strategy Teams (8 in total). You will need to plan ahead and also be able to react quickly to changes.
Skills required: Strong PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Main tasks and duties will be; diary management, travel, creating and editing presentations and ad hoc projects.
40 hours per week
Hours are ideally 8-5, however there is flexibility.
The role is to start asap and the candidate must be able to hit the ground running, therefore Financial Services experience in a similar role is essential.
There is a strong chance that this role could go permanent either in this role or in a different area of the business.
Due to Covid19 the role will be recruited and on-boarded from home, but will be based in London Victoria under normal circumstances, computer equipment is not provided for this role.
