We are looking for a dynamic and professional multi-tasker who can work to tight deadlines. The role will be managing your own workload and managing the different demands and personalities of your stakeholder group.
Supporting a team of 8 (3 Analysts, 4 Senior Managers) who work long hours and are extremely busy, managing their diaries, managing global travel and expenses and on-boarding of new hires.
This is a client facing role, supporting the Product Specialist team. The right candidate will be professional, confidant and able to support stakeholders as well as preparing for, assisting with and attending client pitches.
Skills required: Strong PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Reports, creating presentations, working with the in-house CRM system, creating and editing existing client packs, scheduling meetings. Other systems used are WebEx, MS Teams, Sharepoint, Jabber (soft phone) and Salesforce (on occasion).
40 hours per week
Due to Covid19 the role will be recruited and on-boarded from home, but will be based in London Victoria under normal circumstances.
£1K budget given to set up equipment / office from home.
