This role is to provide an effective Resourcing strategy and identify top talent at all levels in order to increase the companies competitive advantage and drive business growth.
You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process in order to successfully identify, source and recruit external direct hires and deliver cost effective recruitment and selection.
Duties include:
- Working with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and the most effective sourcing strategy for the role
- Working with the relevant HRBP in relation to resourcing requirements
- Assist with job descriptions
- Pro-actively identify suitable candidates the Linkedin, job boards, referrals and social media
- Submitting suitable candidates to the hiring manager
- Scheduling interviews
- Assist with onboarding of candidates
- Raising purchase orders
- Supporting the Resourcing manager on projects
The role will be a mix of working from the City office and from home
