Job Role and Duties:

To provide project management for specific strands of work.  This will include establishing processes to carry out the work, producing schedules, carrying out a variety of administrative tasks, communicating effectively with those involved and ensuring that deadlines and outcomes are met.

To provide administrative support to the Programme Manager in the development and review of resources.  This will include setting up and maintaining administrative systems/databases, managing arrangements for meetings, proofreading and editing tasks, liaising with other members of staff and external organisations as required.

To include but not limited to timetable and set up meetings, book rooms, liaise with members of staff and committee members on agenda items and papers, provide timely and accurate agenda and papers, take minutes to enable the group to record decisions and progress objectives within agreed timescales, and organise the recruitment process for the group. 

To provide support and cover for the Team Manager as necessary.

To be responsible for the continuing development and implementation of the recording system for impact data and case studies. This will include working with colleagues and members to identify and collect case studies, liaising with members to enable them to provide case studies and categorising cases studies efficiently so data can be easily located and extracted., and ensuring regular review and updating takes place.

To project manage events, delegating to the team administration assistant as appropriate.  Tasks include advertising the event, dealing with enquires; processing applications; liaising with delegates sending joining instructions and other correspondence; booking the venue and ensuring that all requirements for the day are met; preparing papers and presentations; preparing any write up from the day and distributing this to all delegates.

To produce a variety of documents for the team.  This includes presentations, producing and proof reading reports and other documents for ease of reading, consistent layout and grammatical accuracy and work on resources as required.
