Our client is looking for a Maternity Contract for a 6 Month period of time to start at the middle to end of February, where total flexibility on working from home is available.
Our client is a not for profit organisation based in the heart of the City of London.
Duties include:
Board Meetings
- Planning and generating board packs
- Minute taking
- Dealing with general Board requests
- Assisting with Board recruitment and inductions
General Business Administration
- Coordinating meeting rooms
- Inbox and diary management for the CEO
- Support requests from Senior Management
Human Resources
- Staff contract of employment
- Induction packs
- Coordinating benefits such as private medical insurance
- Staff holiday chart
Finance
- Invoices (accounts payable & receivable)
- Company Secretarial filing
- Approval of timesheets
Events
- Coordinating 30+ events per year (liaising with speakers, prepare events packs)
- Arrange social events
- Prepare PR for events to post on Social Media
