As this company prepare to return to work after the Covid-19 pandemic, they are looking for an Office Coordinator to join them, the role will be based in the office 5 days a week.
We are looking for someone who has energy, a willingness to learn, confident and lots of common sense. The role will be based on the Reception desk at the Front of House.
This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to progress within a company and to take on more and more duties and responsibilities with time.
The role will involve:
- Reception duties; meet & greet, answer the phone, take deliveries and arrange couriers
- Oversee the new staff booking system (rota for staff)
- Manage the meeting rooms and make sure they are tidy and stocked ready for the next meeting
- Ordering and arranging catering for meeting
- Ordering stationary and kitchen supplies
- Assisting the Office Manager with duties such as; fire marshall, first aider, first point of contact for staff with any office related issues, liaising with the building manager around fire drills and arranging fire risk assessments
- Assist the PA's and Administrators with any over flow of their work
