HR Administrator/Coordinator - West End, London

Responsible for a combination of various recruitment and HR related duties, including:

  • Supporting end-to-end recruitment, from developing job descriptions, to identifying suitable candidates, managing the process for interviews, offers, and onboarding
  •  

    Coordinate the HR inbox for incoming queries, distributing these relevant HR colleagues, and with time, responding to employee queries directly
  • Support the twice annual review process by ensuring reviews are booked in and monitored, keeping management and HR team updated on running of process 
  • Organise Buddies for new starters
  • Supporting new staff induction process 
  • Research training courses for all offices relevant to practices and keep live list of options for employees to take up on through professional development
  • Provide support to the HR team on ad-hoc projects, as well as existing processes
  • Assist in the tracking and analyse of all recruitment data to determine the effectiveness of recruitment activities including gender, diversity and equal opportunities metrics
  • Communicate effectively and partner with the wider HR department to ensure shared objectives are aligned and achieved
