Wise May are looking for a HR Assistant to join a small but extremely busy HR team for a specialist Insurance business in the heart of the City.
The position is a great opportunity for anyone that wants to grow their HR career in this extremely friendly team. The role is open to anyone with little HR experience but a huge passion for it or if you already have a wealth of HR Assistant experience but are ready for a new challenge.
Duties include:
- Be the first point of contact for employees and managers on all HR advisory queries in relation to policies, processes, performance management etc.
- Management of the HR & payroll administration which includes end to end coordination of the employee lifecycle for all employees.
- Daily management of HR mailbox.
- Responsible for the end to end on-boarding & off-boarding processes including employee screening, HR inductions and exit interviews.
- Administration and co-ordination of paperwork to support annual remuneration review exercises, the performance management cycle, etc.
- Work closely with the Learning & Development Business Partner to co-ordinate training programmes as required.
- Undertake any other duties as required to meet the needs of the business, as directed by People Business Partners.
