Finance Administrator– City - up to £34,000
Hybrid working, 09:00-18:00
Wise May are looking for a Finance Administrator to join our client. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team in a sociable company.
Duties to include:
- Posting supplier invoices to Sage Business Cloud
- Preparing supplier payments utilising online banking software
- Maintaining petty cash accounts and preparing the monthly issue of petty cash invoices to barristers
- Preparing quarterly rent invoices to barristers
- Preparing quarterly VAT return information for barristers
- Preparing annual tax return information for barristers
- Reconciling barrister petty cash and rent accounts
- Preparing and providing ad hoc reports to barristers and members of staff as and when required
- Assisting with the monthly preparation of the chambers management accounts for all relevant committees
- Assisting with the electronic distribution of fee notes following weekly payment of barrister fees from the Central Fees Account
- Issuing copy VAT receipted fee notes for clients as and when required;
- Drawing together Aged Debt information for barristers and clients as directed
Skills:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Time management
- Ability to prioritise a variety of tasks
