We are looking for a strong and experienced Executive Assistant to support the Directors and founder of this Private Equity business in the City.
Light support will also be required for 2 other members of the Senior Management Team.
Duties will Include:
- Diary management (extremely busy diaries often with last minute changes)
- Booking Meeting rooms for internal and external meetings
- Answer switchboard (very quiet)
- Restocking & replenishing office supplies and refreshments
- Helping with IT and VC set up for meetings
- Expenses
- Liaising with ground floor reception to organise passes for visitors
- Greeting visitors
- Booking restaurants
Key competencies/skills required:
- Experience within a Financial services company (preferred)
- Organised
- Judgement and problem solving
This EA must be happy to carry out private and personal duties which could include; liaising with Nanny's, booking family holidays, paying bills and coordinating house staff such as cleaners and gardeners.
This role will be based in the London office a minimum of 3 days per week and 2 days from home (subject to business needs, flexibility is required).
Hours are 09:00 - 18:00
