We are looking for a super organised and bright administrator to join a team of Legal researchers.
Duties will include:
Schedule meetings and calls (along with booking meeting rooms and arranging video conference calls)
Support the senior team with diary management and travel bookings and visas as necessary
Restocking of supplies of stationary and kitchen supplies
Assist with paying invoices
Assist the team with admin duties such as; printing, scanning, binding, filing, updating electronic files
