This role is to lead and be part of a key team of Administrators. You will manage 5 Administrators as well as your own work load in delivering an exceptional service on all requests relating to billing and compliance.
The main responsibilities are:
- Manage and lead the team to deliver a high quality compliance and billing process.
- Coordinate the admin workflow across the team and delegate tasks appropriately.
- Proactively working and building relationships with other department and function heads, collaborating on projects.
- Operational responsibilities such as absence monitoring and reporting, performance reviews and training/performance issues.
- Providing regular feedback to your team in order to improve in performance and delivery.
The right candidate will:
- Have similar experience and a Team Leader within Legal or Professional Services.
- Be a strong Team player with good interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships with people at all levels.
- Have an excellent client ethos and pride in delivering an excellent service.
- Be able to prioritise tasks.
