Accounts Assistant - Newcastle - £26k
Hybrid working, 09:00-17:00
Wise May are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our client, an Insurance company based in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly company and become part of a great team.
Duties to include:
- Raising and completion of sale invoices
- Processing payment invoices both through financial software and the bank
- Use of case management software
- Understanding exchange rate calculations
- Use of Excel, Word and other “Office” software in additional to company specific software, as required, to fulfil your responsibilities
- Undertaking credit control and reconciliation duties
- Offering general administrative support to team members
- Processing documentation and information, including data inputting and generate correspondence in response to queries received
