The role will be responsible for finding new leads as well as retaining existing members.

  • Leading Membership acquisition activities, researching potential prospects and securing meetings (either virtually or in person)
  • Retain current Members and work with them to ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Meet targets on acquisition and retention by generating and following up on leads
  • Produce meeting briefings 
  • Produce weekly newsletter
  • Update the CRM
  • Work with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver and analyse annual Member survey
  • Attend and promote the organisation at events and conferences
