The role will be responsible for finding new leads/members as well as retaining existing members.
- Leading Membership acquisition activities, researching potential prospects and securing meetings (either virtually or in person)
- Retain current Members and work with them to ensure high satisfaction levels
- Meet targets on acquisition and retention by generating and following up on leads
- Produce meeting briefings
- Produce weekly newsletter
- Update the CRM
- Work with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver and analyse annual Member survey
- Attend and promote the organisation at events and conferences
